Meet Kerry

The person behind the reset.

Kerry founded instant reset to bring thoughtful, targeted cold therapy to the people and horses who ask a lot from their bodies.

Part cryotherapy specialist, part horse person, part recovery nerd, Kerry combines practical experience with a calm, personalized approach. Her work is grounded in curiosity, care, and a deep respect for how bodies move, compensate, recover, and tell us what they need.

Her story

Built for people and horses who keep going.

Kerry has always been drawn to the partnership between horses and humans — the way movement, effort, tension, trust, and recovery show up on both sides of the relationship.

That perspective shaped instant reset. Riders get sore. Athletes compensate. Horses carry workload in subtle ways. Busy people push through discomfort until their bodies finally demand attention. Kerry’s work is about paying attention earlier, targeting care more precisely, and helping the body settle back into better function.

Her approach is not one-size-fits-all. A horse coming off a heavy training week does not need the same session as a senior horse in maintenance mode. A rider with low back tension does not need the same care as someone looking for a cryo-facial reset. Kerry starts with the individual in front of her and adjusts from there.

“The goal is not to push through. The goal is to listen better, recover smarter, and help the body feel ready again.”

Kerry’s approach

Careful, calm, and specific.

Cryotherapy works best when it is targeted thoughtfully. Kerry keeps sessions focused, comfortable, and responsive.

Start with the body

Kerry looks at what feels tight, sore, puffy, inflamed, overworked, or slow to recover, then focuses the session around those areas.

Use cold with intention

Targeted cryotherapy allows cold to be applied to specific areas without requiring a full-body cold plunge or long recovery window.

Support the next step

The session is designed to help support comfort, mobility, recovery routines, and a better sense of how the body is responding.

Who Kerry works with

Two kinds of clients. One recovery mindset.

instant reset serves both humans and horses, with different treatment goals for each.

For humans

Riders, athletes, and active people.

Localized cryotherapy can support recovery routines for people dealing with soreness, tension, stiffness, puffiness, or the wear and tear of an active life.

Riders Skiers Cyclists Lifters Busy bodies

For horses

Performance, maintenance, and comfort support.

Equine cryotherapy is designed for horses in work, horses returning from time off, senior horses, and horses who benefit from consistent maintenance care.

Why it feels different

This is not a cold-treatment factory.

Kerry’s sessions are personal. She explains what she is doing, checks in throughout, and adjusts based on comfort, response, and the goal of the session.

Whether she is working with a horse, a rider, or someone who simply wants to feel better in their body, Kerry’s goal is the same: thoughtful care, a calmer nervous system, and a reset that feels useful.
